Preventive Maintenance

In order to have the system running smoothly, the preventive maintenance is required. The proposal is the followings:
Remote Administration with monthly report. This remote arrangement will perform all the critical and informational parameters of the whole system. Monthly report is provided to IT manager and executive management level.
Regular visit. This visit arrangement will give IT manager and executive understand the current system capability and also will have a visionary to the company to use IT system as an effective and efficient tools to get maximum benefit to the company
Prepaid Support Buffer. This Support Buffer arrangement will give flexibility to IT manager who may request some professional supports during a year. If there any cases, IT manager or executive management

System and LAN Security Audit
|
The scope of this audit was to evaluate the network for all of the following:
- Documentation for servers, workstations, LAN/WAN configuration, network services, software and licensing, backups, administration and reporting procedures.
- Server room security, planning, environment, LAN/WAN hardware and UPS systems
- Configuration and management of antivirus software on all servers and workstations.
- Backup procedures, rotation schedules, status logging, and tape storage.
- Server hardware, operating system/network configuration, server roles, security issues, service pack/hotfix levels, and network services provided by the servers.
- Workstation hardware configuration, operating system/network configurations, security issues, service pack/hotfix levels, installed applications.
- Firewall implementation, security configuration, and event logs.

Call-Out services
In case of unexpected issues or problem has occurred and there is no Maintenance Agreement in place. The Call-Out support can be provided by TAS with the reasonable cost. For more information, please contact our helpdesk.
